Edamame Hummus

Spiced Edamame Hummus


1 cup edamame, thawed
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon mint, chopped
1 teaspoon garma masala
1 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons water
Kosher salt, to taste
Fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup water chestnuts, minced
Purée all ingredients in a blender.
Mix chopped water chestnuts
Season to taste
